Just pointing out all of the concessions granted by FT Union members to the company through the years. I have always voted no but the FT members point out that the new concessions don't affect them. They are right of course.

Every concession affects all of us, don’t get confused. Too low part time pay has me loading my truck after start time. It’s a ripple effect. Also don’t be confused with how contracts work. Give and take is part of it they just have to be a fine line of what’s too much to give.

For $39.67/hr and a $1.82/hr pay raise August 1st. Just to deliver an Amazon package to someone's front door.
