Considering we make great money as drivers, the real improvements should be in part time wages and healthcare (in Teamcare areas), with attention to pension security. IMO.

$15 starting rate, with a progression to $20(?), any part timer already with enough time goes to top rate. Part timers above rate get red circled and get annual contract raises, with an early catch up raise for red circled part timers.
