We use to be closer with the USPS with Dropboxes at many post offices, about 2011? we removed all of them because of some issue... that was a big blow I believe we stopped carrying a bunch of mail too at the same time.

I think there should have been a deal to be able to leave FedEx envelopes in mailboxes.
