Someone who has gotten the jab (dont call it a vaccine) will count as “unvaccinated” if its less than 2 weeks after their 2nd shot.I have read that 95% of the folks in the hospital from covid are not vaccinated.......I will try and validate....
so if you get your second shot and have a bad reaction and it hasnt been 2 weeks(and the jab makes you test positive btw), you get marked down as an “unvaccinated “covid case.
They also don’t test people who are “fully vaccinated”.

So they will just count a post 2 week jabbed person with covid as the flu, and a pre 2 week jabbed person as “unvaccinated”
