Easier said than done. My building doesn't give a crap about the union, until they can't get home by 4 even when running through their breaks. It's helping some that our newest crop of supervisors are incompetent, lazy and hostile. I making headway with a couple guys, but it's slow going. Also hard to find time to fill out grievances when the days are so long.

He told me the management was sketchy. But generally speaking IMO that is par for the course at UPS.
