Old Man Jingles

Rat out of a cage
Saw Dave Mason a couple years ago.
Alone Together was my first experience of Dave outside Traffic.
I considered him a sort of country music player with a lot of good music and this was one of my favorite albums.
The physical album itself was a psychedelic brown and pink and gray with all sorts of swirls in it.
I wish I still had it to hang on the wall.

I never thought of him as a country type, different perspectives I guess. I loved traffic, liked Winwood less after he went on his own. Low Spark has been one of my favorites since I heard it the first time, the individual song.

I did see Poco open for him in 1975, maybe I just drink to much beer and can't tie things together. Great concert I'll add. Going with the country idea.

Another type of Country is Bluegrass and this is a band I like a lot.
A long song but it gives you the Salmon that I find so interesting.
It builds on fundamental Bluegrass pickin' and then the acid kicks in and it gets trippy!
