Ebay is the easiest place to find them here in the US. I've bought ones in the past though that were actually officially sold though US distributors but it doesn't happen too often. I've bought one from amazon.jp once but like in typical Amazon fashion the packaging was and it arrived with the crystal case cracked so now I have two of that one.
