Figured that but are refunds only done if pursued. Only NDA is automatic now, right? No wonder why we're not allowed to sheet missed.
No refunds are automatic. Requests for a Guaranteed Service Refund must be made by the person or company who paid shipping charges to UPS, and must be made within 15 days of the scheduled delivery date.
