All day long baby.
Best change they ever made.
center manager explained it to me this way. New method comes down to the region. Region makes slight changes. Comes down to the district, slight changes made. Comes down to the division, slight changes made. By the time it reaches the center, completely different or ignored. Ridiculous.Change is good but perhaps when a new method comes out, the entire company could be told so that there is consistency and maybe someone out there could actually make a policy and procedure book to tell all of us what the rules are so we could not only learn the "methods" but have accountability company wide.

He hasn't been a yes man as much as I would like lately. Will scare him a bit.Runner/gunners don't get warning letters unless they really screw up.

They don't like my pointersGood luck, maybe you could give my center manager some pointers since theirs are not working. I've been called many things but up until recently, never been called unmanageable.
If you need one, you're not on a good route.Just curious, what do you like the most / hate the most from the hand truck and why?
I was trained to never deliver out of the driver's door. Now we can. What else are you guys going to change?

Best changes by far. Key fob and the bulkhead opens hands free
Alright already! I won't back into driveways!!!
We still have a driver that refuses to use either. He said he makes an additional $3k/year because of key use. He's not going to let UPS take that away from him.
Also don't fold in my mirror
SMH.Have you tried using the jump seat seat belt to secure it in the cab until there is enough room in the cargo area?
Also don't fold in my mirror
Had my safety ride last week and was gigged because I did not fold in my mirror all day. I pointed out that doing that is an end range motion and that a shoulder surgery negates about 100 mirrors bring struck. Makes no economic or safety sense. Supe said that he had to mark it down and discuss it. I replied that sticking to that nonsense lessened his credibility substantially.
Every single morning I find it in my cab...its pisses me off so badI hate when preload moves it so they can put packages there. Then it slides around all morning until I can clear a space to get it secured.
Never heard of that before. I'd rather it fly around in the backHave you tried using the jump seat seat belt to secure it in the cab until there is enough room in the cargo area?
Cmon you know this is a safety issue.Have you tried using the jump seat seat belt to secure it in the cab until there is enough room in the cargo area?
Above my pay grade. They pay me to say "Wow yeah that's a way safer/smarter way."
