What is the REAL reason negotiations have stalled?

Lol, it’s just funny what you consider an attack. Just a bunch of wieners we have anymore. I’m not attacking you. I actually got down on your level to see if you would strike for FT if you got what you wanted but the FT didn’t. And you said no. That is no different from anything you said to me.

Dude. I am Full-time! The part timers are not your enemy. The Full timers are not going to strike because you want an immediate increase to $50/hr.

Stop belittling and attacking your coworkers. It's classless.

Can you make and argument for increasing your wage without attacking other Teamsters?
I think i already have, but here goes again. Inflation, no hazard pay for the plandemic 13billion profit while doing it, other signed union contracts negotiated recent. Most notably John Deere contract.

And that same argument can be made for every single part timer. Plus the pt wage didn't Increase for 3 decades. So it's understandable if the pt increase is somewhat higher than the ft increase.

But are you supporting a family on a PT job? And if so… why? You’ll get a raise, relax.

The part timers are not beneath you.
Lol, never said they were as far as human rights are concerned, on the employment chart however, I beg to differ. But I’m willing to drop it and say I’ll strike for you if you strike for me, deal? And we’ll win because our company is profitable. How’s that?

You have to understand this. The long time ft ups employees are not going to strike because you are upset over a pt wage increase .

I am one of those. And from the rumblings I hear in my very large building, they’re more than ready to if the raise is not adequate. So that answers my question about how you would vote on a contract that your fellow “brothers” were unhappy about. Don’t play that holier then thou bull:censored2: with me.
