Sorry, none of those three things are exceptions. The company knows the volume that is coming and that is an easy one to win, especially when they do it almost every single week. That is a full-time job and you are a company scab because you will not file a grievance on the company violating the exception. Failure on the companies part to plan is not an emergency on our part. You are not a ground driver and you should not be doing groundwork weekly year after year. You are a shameful excuse of a union brother, you know better, and you don’t care because it benefits you personally
