What is the REAL reason negotiations have stalled?

No, it’s not my opinion but if you want, you can private message me your local number and I will get a hold of the central regional Director and find out if he thinks what you’re doing is continual. Or perhaps you’re making everything up because you’re full of it.
Don't you have enough members in your own Local to try and intimidate without looking for more trouble. Mind your own business.

Intimidate you? I thought you said it was just my opinion, I’m trying to help you out, certainly you wouldn’t want to break the contract unintentionally? Or in advertently screw another union member out of a full-time job? Right?

What I'm gonna find interesting is the resentful FTers who are striking even though they don't believe in it. Someone gonna say something and then you'll see some PT vs FT scrapping on our own lines.

I will not cross a picket line, but I also can't understand SOB putting us on strike over a few dollars for PTers. It's like he wants a strike and be the man that shut down UPS.

Yes, they deserve it. They have been left behind for years. But to try and get it all back at once is ridiculous.

The problem is he has to get so much back at once because part time wages didn’t raise a single cent for over 30 years. Starting pay in 1980 was $8.50 an hour, after inflation is $33, when I started in 2010 it was still $8.50 and the same inflation calculator had that value at $11

I have a hard time fighting for people who refuse to fight for themselves. I won't cross either, but getting a $10 raise for a guy who won't be here by Christmas isn't my hill.

No, he doesn't need to get it all back at once. He was offered 30%, but he wants the whole 60% or strike.
