What would a typical day/work-week look like for combo driver (22.4)?

90 minute unpaid break? wtf?

Worse is I believe thr company can claim the time is not part of the DOT hours of service. and keep people at a max of 15.5 hours as a result.
It should be less than an hour. And count towards the daily 14-hour rule.
