What would you be doing if not driving for UPS?

It’s not strange at all when a LilWeirdRacist tries to talk to you.
If I could spit directly in his mouth I would take that route instead but alas.
Great that’s a personal issue between you and him. What do you know about the arbitrator and the panel system? What experience do you have going there?

Why don’t you back up that I’m wrong with your access to arbitration and panel decisions?
Is that how it works? We’ve already determined that you’re a liar here. What do we need to know? All the years I’ve been a teamster it’s always been a well-known fact that you’re better off settling anything before it goes to the next level. Nothing new here, genius

I didn’t say it’s bad. Depends on what you’re talking about, if you go through the panel system and make it all the way to arbitration on a discipline case. You’re probably already at Hail Mary level odds. If you’re going for a language case, much better odds if it made it that far.
Local unions have always been very selective about cases they want in front of an arbitrator for a number of reasons.

And the new system makes it more efficient and cheaper to do this to employees.
Yall are the ones coming in here with strong claims and zero evidence. I just heard new arbitration sucks to go through.

The arbitration isn’t new. It’s just quicker now.. how exactly are we saving money? You don’t have any idea what you’re talking about do you?
Well, of course you don’t know what you’re talking about because you’ve never been to any of it. You’ve only heard on Reddit how it’s working now lol
What exactly is happening to employees? Most of these employees wanted an arbitrator so the cases would be heard sooner. Most of them may not have understood it’s not always in their best interest. 🤷‍♂️ What evidence were you looking for? You seem to have evidence, but you haven’t show me any. I’m telling you I haven’t seen any cases lose that I thought we’re going to win. Arbitration was always a roll of the dice.

Anyone who goes as far as arbitration with a discipline case and thinks they have more than a 50-50 chance is fooling themselves. It’s always been that way. 50-50 might even be a lot. If an offer is made before that it should be seriously considered.

I never said I had it.
I’m interested in your access to panel decisions and arbitration.

The selling points for this new arbitration system during contract meetings during the vote, was cheaper for locals, quicker for hourlies.

It might be cheaper overall, but not if a local did it ever take anything to arbitration. And the members wanted quicker arbitration decisions. They are getting what they wanted. The only difference now is more cases will go to arbitration because the company has already paid the money imo. So some of these cases that could’ve been worked out between the parties no longer are. The arbitrator is doing it. The percentage of people that win their case is probably exactly the same. There’s just more cases now.

See how you are slowly attacking me then agreeing with me?

Can you quit being a clown and just shut your mouth already.

I say you make it quicker and cheaper to do this process it is gonna get done more.

You cry and say noooo.

I say the new arbitration is a bloodbath, you say nuh uh but then agree that arbitration doesn’t end well a lot of times.

Just shut up clown Jesus Christ.
