There are no restaurants on my area and I don't eat fast food. I have been taking my luch to work for thirty years. My wife fixes me a Boar's Head ham or roast beef sandwich every morning, sometimes I take carrot sticks or strawberry Twizzlers to snack on during the day. I drink mostly ice water all day, I stay away from soft drinks now. I will eat a candy bar with half the sandwich for lunch, I save the other half to make my dog happy when I get home.
