Ya, I had a really goood day yesterday. Had an oustanding lunch date, got the news on my progression grievance plus I got 4 other minor grievance checks this week, plus they finally got my pay changed to what it should have been along time ago. All in all, yesterday rocked!!!!!!!!!

Most of the grievances i filed was for stupidvisors working. I filed one a supe once two days in a row i guess he didn't get the hint. I also hinted to him i would grieve him if he kept working and he said "ok i won't" but of course he still did. Most of my grievances are being taken to the panel because management doesn't want to settle them. So we'll see what happens
