Who is the Victim - Blasey or Kavanaugh ... or Both?

I'll be satisfied of one, just one example of lying under oath. Be very careful with your answer.
Do I think he could defend himself from charges under 18 U.S. Code § 1621?

Sure he could. He is a very good lawyer. His words were carefully chosen. His lies were not material.

Just because his testimony would not result in a guilt perjury verdict doesn’t make him fit to serve on the SCOTUS.

Not what I said. Read the statute, ask Floridays to explain it to you. It could be awhile, sometimes the mod queue is backed up.
If being candid, has consequences, and it does, I prefer to be sanctioned. There are times when it is necessary to smack someone in the head with a 2x4 to get their attention. Would I prefer not being in the mods, of course. It is no life or death matter however, I have brought worse things upon my self. So be it.

Leftists: OMG Kavanaugh admits to being a drunk.

Also Leftists: Kavanaugh lies saying he isn’t a drunk.

SMH, sounds like the incoherent ramblings of drunks to me.
