I agree with you on what tariffs actually do, Joe Biden did not remove them, in fact increased them. They’re really not that different in their actions, only their words.

That's true but what those countries also know is when you jack up the price a lot less is sold. Last thing China wants is a slowdown in revenue when they have their own economic issues.
