Read my reply carefully....You sure do assume a lot of stuff. I declined a trip to the hospital after I sat in the break room and got my senses back. How does one know if there is a load retainer up if it's parked on a pad in the yard and it's dark?
Doubling down....attaboy!Oops !!!
I don't need to learn anything from the likes of you. Is it true that you and Dave are never seen at the same place at the same time? Now, a teachable moment if you please....

I've convoyed with @Covemastah . With all the coffee he drinks, there is no room for food. Had no idea there were 27 coffee places where TTs could park between here and Bangor!A disgrace to feeder drivers with everywhere… need to get you on a feeder food plan ASAP!!
Absolutely true. As we are not the same person and live thousands of miles away.I don't need to learn anything from the likes of you. Is it true that you and Dave are never seen at the same place at the same time?
That feeder driver was a dillweed for blowing up on you for not being able to tell him something that wasn't your job to tell him.Like theyre so important? Actually its the feeder drivers im talking about. Huge egos on them. Im pt pickoff and had an idiot feeder driver ask me if he can pull the truck. I told him im not a supervisor. He stormed off and yelled "no accountability here". Wtf?
I talked to a package car driver on the way out and he was telling me feeder drivers dont do jack .
I agree that they did put in their time, but loading trucks before PALs is NOT as hard as old-timers make it out to be. They had a TON less volume before there were PALs. Not to mention they were making a part-time rate that was actually HIGHER than minimum wage in, I'm guessing, every state at the time (meaning pre-1982, when part-time wage rates froze at $8.50 for the next 30 years). Why? Because they make 3x what you do and they worked harder than you to get there and they used to load trucks before PALs and had to do it uphill in the snow.
I told them this exact same thing and they just belittled me even more. God damned drivers. They’re all a bunch of princesses.I agree that they did put in their time, but loading trucks before PALs is NOT as hard as old-timers make it out to be. Preloading before PAL was not a bad job and I was paid $.50/hr less then top rate drivers after 90 days. PT wages were not frozen. Only the starting wage.I agree that they did put in their time, but loading trucks before PALs is NOT as hard as old-timers make it out to be. They had a TON less volume before there were PALs. Ya now we get minimum, load 4 trucks off a full and stacked belt and get berated by teenage “supervisors”. Then the driver queens come in cussing us out and demanding why the new girl buried that 60 piece ups store bulk on your 2 shelf like the load sheet says to do.Preloading before PAL was not a bad job and I was paid $.50/hr less then top rate drivers after 90 days.
