Indeed OP. You are the new guy, you cover for the when the vets are gone. Thats just how it is, I've done 4 different routes this week(and probably a 5th tomorrow) and I have 4 years seniority in.

This might be a dumb question, but when I started I was a loader. After 3-4 months I got moved to unloading, then for a few months I loaded and unloaded. There was complaints about spa labels being out of syncs so they moved me to spa and now I've been doing that everyday. Why is it that everybody else has a job they stick to and now everyday im just moved around everywhere is it because I suck so they move me around so I don't mess something up everyday or..?

Just bring your CHERRY LUBE with you and work as instructed and it'll be ok lmfao
