I'm referring to the guys in here like @OhShoot and multiple others that say they just follow the manifest/orion 100% and don't look at the map.
Our internet tough guys laugh at management!

Sorry you don’t like to make the easy money.
Most of us on this thread have twenty five plus in and don’t need the cash but recognize a dollar a minute is pretty sweet.
I like having a life. Not stealing time to make a lot of money while also not having a life at the same time.

Your memes aren't funny.
Do you not get that we follow Orion because they took away rdo? Now they’re taking away maps. Orion has you doing the route in a stupid way every day. It takes a lot of mental energy unscrambling the stops and putting them in an order that makes sense. Now it won’t make sense to try to do that anymore because we’ll have to scroll through the entire list to see if we have another stop on the same street. Doing that every stop will slow you down even more than following Orion. Just when you think of a plan of how to deliver, manifest updates and rescrambles everything. They are making it harder to be efficient. So they can have it their way, and it is going to cost them.

You will spend more than a third of your "life", five days a week in that truck until retirement (if you make it that far), so why would you discount the "quality" of that life?

Your math ain't mathing.

You don't know when I started, when I'll retire or when I'll die... So that 1/3. Of your life number you pulled out of your ass doesn't mean anything to me.

Don't worry. You'll get to a point where you realize your "do your best" attitude is being taken advantage of and that they don't appreciate you at all.

Are there some that take advantage of the system? Yes but 95% of members don't want to be out late but hit a point where they are not going to try to help this company because when they make a mistake while doing it. The company punishes them. Sometimes severely.

I'll make sure to quote this in a few years when you turn into everyone else. ;)

I have a very unique situation and have disdain for anyone who steals. The point most of us are making is cash in when you can. Your single and time is now to earn it. Most your age are struggling. Most our age are working on our exit plan.
Why not make a good living while you can. When you turn forty and have a secondary residence in a desirable location it’s not such a bad thing.

Relax he is speaking in general and he is most likely correct, if you make it to the end without burning out, crippling, or croaking.

I'm always working on my exit plan. That's why I got to church!
