DOT has rules on alcohol use. This driver in question being stoned is no different than any driver drinking and driving.

Having one beer at home many hours before your shift is a lot different than smoking weed right before work.

Wasn’t aware of a test that shows how long ago you smoked weed

problem is marijuana stays in system way longer and driver may not be impaired but still pees dirty …hopefully they mix something with alcohol soon that makes it show up for a month on tests it’ll teach you drunks a lesson
