Guess what? Newly released video showed Capitol police firing rubber bullets and tear gas into the crowd BEFORE it turned violent. Just more suppressed video that showed things the Jan. 6th Commission didn't want us to know.

It has been said that "democracy is the tyranny of the majority." It has also been said that "democracy is two wolves and a sheep voting to decide what to have for dinner." Someone else said "the best argument against democracy is a five minute conversation with a typical voter."

Those officers would have been failing to do their jobs and prevent unauthorized entry into the Capitol where they went from room to room looking to confront our elected representatives and where they destroyed the public's property.Videos from the day of the attack appear to show some officers escorting rioters inside the building.
