I have a feeling this will all come to a head at contract negotiations and we will be given a choice of lower pay to keep the beards, tats and health insurance. I know I’ll be voting for the money side. Money talks! Appearance standards will return and back to shaving daily and tat sleeves. I see lots of warning letters.

You realize the company changed the standards without even negotiating, right? It would be stupid to give up that kind of negotiating leverage if your plan is to threaten to change the standards back if the Teamsters don't agree to less pay. It doesn't work that way. The company changed the standard because they knew they couldn't attract employees with the crap contract they got the Teamsters to force through. To distract from their ineptness, they framed it as a woke "equity" issue. I don't care what their reasoning was, I'll take a step in the right direction regardless of the motives.
