I believe you are misrepresenting my previous statements about the Bible that I made clear. The Bible does warn against bearing false witness against your neighbor. I wonder if a fellow human on an online discussion meets the criteria of a neighbor.
Mark 10:9
You know the commandments: ‘
Do not murder, Do not commit adultery, Do not steal, Do not bear false witness, Do not defraud, Honor your father and mother.’”
But thankfully we are not under the law but under grace. I don’t hold this against you in love.

Don’t know why the insults because we don’t always agree.

As a human,no I fail in my own strength enough.

Regarding the Bible’s authority:
In short I believe the Spirit of God through spiritual discernment has led me to favor the “Prima Scriptura” line of reasoning and the supporting biblical arguments over the “Sola Scriptura” line of reasoning and the supporting biblical arguments.
I don’t know better than anyone. I just believe as I believe the Holy Spirit of God leads me to believe.
Luke 18:9-14
To some who were confident of their own righteousness and looked down on everyone else,Jesus told this parable: 10 “Two men went up to the temple to pray, one a Pharisee and the other a tax collector. 11 The Pharisee stood by himself and prayed: ‘God, I thank you that I am not like other people—robbers, evildoers, adulterers—or even like this tax collector. 12 I fast twice a week and give a tenth of all I get.’

I seek to have the Spirit of the tax collector, bowing to God , through the belief in the life, death and resurrection of His Son Jesus, receiving this free gift of faith by the power of the Holy Spirit.
