Probably because you're acting like an arrogant little prick. Here's the reason, you're that type of sup who thinks he is the best at everything. The best employees usually make the worst supervisors. You've already put your employees in a system with numerical value, hence they are now just s number. You lack the obvious social skills to achieve real success at a supervisory level. By success I mean, can you do well at your job, keep moral high, set goals, motivate without threats, etc.All ya doing is calling names Which is childish... u disagree with something I said give reason and debate...
