I’ve gone through it a few times, but I have a feeling this one is going to stick for a few months. I’ve never seen a push like this to get drivers on for training.

It's going to be too expensive

Much cheaper to pay 2 drivers 12 hours than it is to pay 3 drivers 8 hours.

No ot would be great 2080 hours minus about 400 hours in benefits. I’ll only have to work 1680 hours a year. Oops I forgot to add in holidays.

22.4 brings an empty truck, you put your miles in the board and then switch trucks and put it in as your second trip.

Why would any driver rush to get all their packages off if somebody is taking stops off at 8 hours

Compensated. W/C hours and STD don't count. As long as YTD Total hours on my check have 1801 or more it's good
