4/10's seem to work in feedah.
I doubt pkg will ever see 4/10's since it's such a cluster already.

When I was in package the Fedex drivers in my area worked 4-10s, the way they did it your day off rotated each week so Monday off 1st week, Tuesday off 2nd week, etc. which meant every 5th week they got a 4 day weekend (Friday off one week and Monday off the next week). They all loved it. It could work at UPS if the company wanted to do it and the union would agree to it.
