Why didn't these locals negotiate to add protection against the forced 6th day punch? Had months-did nothing.
Add protection? This wasn't a contract negotiation. If it was anything like here the company tried to claim they didn't have proper staffing and that they couldn't hire because they had the staffing but too many out on work-comp, disability, FMLA and oh even leave of absences (our BAs).
