The ibt and our local say 70, 71, 135, 391, 509, 533 are also affected but that in those locals it's just a building or two not every driver in the local like what's going on here. Don't know that I believe it cause if that's the case why aren't guys from those locals chiming in here or anywhere else on the internet?

Here you go. I’m in one of these. So, once the MOU expired BA put and end to six punch. Everything stayed its course until this Saturday. They put a forced list up for whole center and another in the same building. Last week buried the building. Sups from all over the place running routes last Saturday because nobody volunteered. Higher ups and DM told center manager put the list up.

Company is saying issue isn’t resolved so we can force! BA came to building and said you do not have to come in. Issue has been resolved company didn’t hire enough. The funny thing is they are begging people to come in. They put a volunteer list up and the forced list. Which one is it? They know they don’t have a leg to stand on. Our supervisors are screwed because they know drivers aren’t coming in. And these higher ups have put them in a no win situation.

And they are going to blame them if the $&$& hits the fan! Corporate is so out of touch with reality and just flat out arrogant! I’m assuming multiple ready teams are going to have to be sent!

Is that who that was? I don't know names like that. All I know is I was like how how tf do these :censored2:s gave the balls to be here in local 639 hoodies and :censored2: when we're the laughing stock of the company. Just terrible . Really pissed me off.
Yes. Rob has been appointed as the special advisor to the president of local 639 or something like that by SOB since last week. Did you talk to them at all?

It's the last sentence of the MOA that screwed locals.

Here they came to an agreement on how many routes would be ran and how many post 2019 drivers would need to go with the T-S schedule incluing a few more than the routes(sick, personal, vacation coverage). Other than the first week not a single M-friend driver has had to work and even then it was a single volunteer. Right now we have weekly lists posted for both Monday and Saturday and have had 0 issues.
What really confuses me on this is how someone said the company had dragged their feet in their local on these issues and the local told the company to kick rocks and that no one would be forced in and the company found a solution real quick. Why didn't the IBT tell that local the same thing it suppossedly told 639? I do agree there is alot not being said to members on this issue. I just see it more on the local side than the International side.
This is pretty much how we did it here as well
