Is this what you heard? Temps being allowed to work on Saturday year long and earning progression time but expiring in one full year.
And that if they expend other options they still want to be able to 'force' some drivers. You got more details on the first part than me.

Deal. They already work June-January here anyway that like 5 months.
Week containing May 15th thru the second week in January. This contract cycle it was a concession to move the date up to May 15 from June 1. The qualifying period went from 30 in 90 to 40 in 100 also. Between the two the company already got an extra month of using and abusing part time and nonseniority employees for which we gained nothing.

Nah
I had 5 hours left. They made me jump for another driver on my own route who only had 7 hours.

The load was the worst I've ever seen. Half Saturday ish /half Monday ish. Saturday pvd work AND Monday pvd work. Must have been over 500 pieces in size 1000 truck. Pvd dropped route halfway through.

Good times. Me and the driver were big chillin. Had a nice lunch at Guapo's Brought back 61 stops. Went out with 115
You should have gotten injured. That would be like the ultimate payback to them forcing a driver in that's out of hours. Get the season back to yourself and your family, chill at home while you recover.
