Abortion

The irony...

Anti-abortion folk will take it to the streets for a blastocyst, but once that child actually pops, they just don’t give a :censored2:.

Get back to me when sex-education is funded...get back to me when the fight over contraception finally favors women...get back to me when the ‘religious right’ stops opposing adoptions when the adopters are gay.

Until then, :censored2:.

Really no one’s going to bite into this? Okay I will.

1. You should have a right to life, not a handout.

2. I grew up gay with no sex education on LGBT, I figured it out just fine on my own. No amount of government spending or entitlements to bloated ineffective public schools is going to stop dumb asses from banging without protection. There’s also this thing called the internet, kids know about sex and it’s consequences.

3. Boohoo the government won’t buy my uterus pills, I’m so oppressed :( see point number 1.

4. I can adopt kids, I thought about it, but maids would be a cheaper alternative.

I’m also curious, what is stopping a man from aborting a woman’s baby in New York now that their new laws have come into effect?

Wow.

I’d take you point for point, but that would eat up my precious time.

No one cares about you and your situation, hopefully you understand that.

Can you go into more detail on #2?

I think he was pointing out the irony of complete Republican policy disinterest in preventing pregnancies in the first place, or the care or circumstances of a baby from the second after it's born to the end of its natural life.
The two words every Democrat apparently hates: personal responsibility. And from the time it's born until the end of it's life is also known as the government taking care of us from cradle to grave. And that's exactly the predicament we're in, we spend, spend, spend on programs that never seem to work, saying the government has the answers when it not only doesn't but often, almost always, makes things worse. The government should provide physical safety. It should provide a fair playing field to allow everyone an equal opportunity to compete. Beyond that it should do what the majority decides it should through voting without trying to force things that violate one's belief system(with certain limitations of course). It should basically get out of our lives but be in the background to step in before things get out of hand like a good referee should.

That might have been a valid rant if you hadn't started out by blaming it on Democrats. Republicans are no better.

But of course you vote Republican and won't take responsibility for the consequences of that choice.

You don't seem to get that Democrats want big government and cradle to grave entitlements. Not that it's all bad but they get carried away with the spending and the taxation to pay for it. The answer to everything isn't let's create a new program and a new tax to pay for it. If that was true the Democrats would've cured all of society's ills a long time ago. Instead they've spent a huge amount of money on many things only to find that much of it won't work no matter how much they spend. But they keep trying because they're getting rich off of it.

"The baby is injected with a poison in its skull or torso. It then suffers a painful death (similar to lethal injection; which is illegal in NY). The Mother then carries the corpse in her womb for the next 24 hrs. Next day Mother comes back for ultrasound to check vitals of baby. If it isn't dead, it's administered another injection. Following day, mother delivers dead child."
I've always been pretty neutral on abortion. But man, that is horrible.
