The Alabama case will be counteracted and ruled Unconstitutional and the SCOTUS will not take that case up.
Look for Georgia or one of the other more reasonable laws to be ruled Unconstitutional and the SCOTUS will take that case up ... maybe.

A moot point as this law will never go into effect.
The lower courts have to rule against it because Row-Wade has been established as law by the SCOTUS.
The only way this law can go into effect is if the SCOTUS hears it and approves it.
That ain't gonna happen.

They did not mock the Native American at all, watch the whole video. That’s exactly why CNN and the New York Times are being sued. They posted articles and video but never show the footage where the boys called anyone a racist slur and never once did the boys say “build the wall” which is what your liberal main stream news put out there. I encourage you to always take time out of your day and further educate yourself on every piece of news that is broke bc the minority Native American Nathan Phillips was praised by cnn as a victim and a veteran when again if you did 10 min of research you would know that Nathan Phillips served during Vietnam but not in Vietnam and was dishonorably discharges after going awol enough times. He was also calling the boys racist slurs such as uncle tomahawk getting in their faces. So one small outlet I know of questions sandy hook but The NY Times and cnn totally misrepresented these underage boys to the point where celeb-tards such as Kathy griffin were asking for violence against these kids.
