the texas law would have significantly improved womens health care. while there were claims of clinics being shut down they could have made the adjustments required by the law to improve womens health care instead they chose to go the other way.

thanks to the supreme court medical review board ruling womens health care has digressed to legal coat hanger abortions.

Sure. Anyone with a brain could see what Texas was trying to do. By over-regulating abortion in an attempt to "protect" women the Right could achieve their real goal, which was to make abortions almost impossible to get.

If Rick Perry's daughter got knocked-up, she could get an abortion, because the Perry's have money. The average person...not really.

It's amazing how easy it is to see, but you see nothing. It was certainly obvious to the SCOTUS.

Imagine saying an abortion clinic, which performs surgeries, would have to follow the same state laws as surgery centers?
