Or you suddenly ran out of Moon Pies.
I probably pick that up in shipping costs in a week!We were told at integrad that a FT driver at a planned 9.2 hour day cost the company $146K a year?
Classic snack for a feeder driver!Never had any of those. Maybe now as a feeder, I should start
Party In the corn and potato fields!In context of where you are in the country, the amount can make you a very well off employee. For me...living in Southern California is VERY expensive. I can only imagine being in the Midwest making that money, I'd live like a king!
Depending on your supplement, are we entitled to a floating holiday to make up for that? I believe a few years ago (its a blur so it's hard to remember)....when Christmas Day was on a weekend....we got an extra floating holiday for that.We have one extra day of work in 2015. 4th of July is on a Saturday.
We get an extra days pay,If the Holiday falls on a Saturday. If It falls on a Sunday,we get Monday off.Depending on your supplement, are we entitled to a floating holiday to make up for that? $122k in NJ is a ton if you don't have kids. I'd be living large with that salary.
40 hours a week at $18.75 is $39,000 per year
Say you earn 10 hours overtime each week, that's another $14,625 per year
Total = $53,625 minus taxes
Not a whole lot, really. But 3 years down the line you're making what, $25 per hour? That would be about $71,000 minus taxes in the same 10 hour OT situation.
How the hell is anyone making $122k a year driving?
I hear the new state motto for New Jersey is "Sit down and shut the hell up!"
Don't get me started on Chris Krispy Kreme. I can't stand him.
$33.80x70(60 hrs but figure time and a half)=$2,366$122k in NJ is a ton if you don't have kids. I'd be living large with that salary.

The ones that drive a 50k vehicle.Is there really anyone out there who is willing to work
thru their vacation weeks to make 6 figures?
Make enough to live comfortably, put something away
for retirement, and be happy.
