the other question is and I'm not saying yes or no but is this a legitimate strike?

in normal circumstances a company is organized by a union. their contract expires they walk . ups workers contractually can honor the picket line.

is this scenario covered where workers have never had a union negotiated contract but choose to picket to force the company to recognize them and negotiate a contract?

It’s legit. There are a couple locations that signed cards and won the right to organize. Amazon won’t sit down and negotiate in good faith, Sean extends the picket line. It’s a little dicey and more informational than anything.
