ty contracts the RWDSU had negotiated in the past. It's a hard sell when Amazon can legit say those union employees down the street get $5 less an hour than you get here.
Less than 16% of the workforce voted to unionize.
Employees were scared of Amazon closing down shop. And had little faith in the union.
