When did this start? Look beyond yourself. You have a “kick the can” problem.
They have slowed down on buying bonds but they are afraid to raise interest rates and spook the market
Inflation is surging. Joe Biden is still optimistic.
Biden said Friday that inflation is at its peak, and some prices are already coming down.

The two biggest problems I see with managing is. 1 most of them are 30-day wonders and really don't have any real delivery experience like the old time supervisors did.
2 They really don't have any power They have to follow the script.
