Do you need an air compressor or tire gauge

I'm suprised the company is offering a signing bonus.100 bucks to vote yes
They can't pay you to vote yes. But they could offer a signing bonus, if the union allows it.What’s to stop the company from a “vote yes” bonus. Show up to work bonus has been established and what an awful precedent that was.
It is far superior to opening up the door to part-time weekend drivers.
I don't think Monday's will look much different than they currently look.Did you not read the part if work is available for the RPCD? You don't think the company won't exploit this and advance work on the weekends?
Full-time pension contributions.How so?
Saturdays destroyed Mondays already. Now if you give then a cheaper work force and they deliver on Sundays too. It will be a complete disaster on Mondays and probably on Tuesdays.I don't think Monday's will look much different than they currently look.
I disagree. No, as the contract is written 22.4 is way worse than part time weekend drivers.
Full-time pension contributions.
The facts: the company will, in the future be delivering on Sunday. It will be a normal working day. It will be done by cheaper labor. The question is will it be another part-time job or a full time combo job. I prefer the Union getting ahead of this fact and securing it as a full time position.Saturdays destroyed Mondays already. Sunday is double time here. I'll work it.The facts: the company will, in the future be delivering on Sunday. It will be a normal working day. It will be done by cheaper labor. Some locals already have caved to part-time driving jobs, mine hasn't.
No. Part-time work force is a concession in itself. A Union should always seek to bolster the full-time work force. It is good for the Union, unionism and everyone. So it's all about you?
everyone.
There is no way that when Sunday becomes a regular work day that anyone is going to support premium pay for it. It just won't happen.Sunday is double time here. I'll work it.
It will continue to be premium for RPCD that are needed. The benefits of the seniority and premium jobs. That is good for the Union. The others will just have to pay their dues that come with experience and time with the company and the union. I don't see a problem with this.We have a horrible union if Sunday is for less pay.
