If you want to avoid an uncomfortable situation at your home, just go to the UPS hub around 7-8 pm and wait for your driver to get in.
Then follow him home, but don't follow too closely. You don't want him to know you're following him.
When you find out where he lives, park around the block and walk back to his house, and see if you can see in to any of the windows. Not because you're perverted, but because you are doing research to find out if he's got a live in girlfriend or boyfriend... that way you know which way he swings.
If you happen to catch him "servicing himself," feel free to run to the front door, and ring the door bell/knock. When he answers, tell him that you just happened to be in the neighborhood, and offer to help him finish...
