The new dividend increase was made prior to March. So the new 91 cent dividend was paid in March. June will be the 2nd time the new dividend of 91 cents will be paid.

The new dividend of 91 cents was declared in February and first paid in March.

Hope this helps...

Just worry about voting yes... And keep on raising that dividend.
