BTW - I have no problem with you coming to Phoenix. I will introduce you to Sheriff Joe. As I have said before, we can get you some great accommodations CHEAP...including pink underwear and all meals included. I will be happy to pay for it myself!

Hey Klein...you should take him up on that offer...you could dry out and then start your treatment when Joe lets you out. LMAO!!!!!:bigsmile2:

Drove thru Arizona already (from the Grand Canyon), thru Flagstaff and other small towns.
Nothing but dessert.
No desire to go back there.

100 years ago? OK, good. What a good information according to the article’s time frame, thanks. I recommend you to go back and finish your elementary school classes, before you give those type of remarks toward any person.
I see you are still having trouble understanding what you read. Of all that was in my post you centered on a tidbit of past history? How about discussing something you know something about? Oh yea, I almost forgot, that would be you making up your own version of what someone else said. I believe you call that "reading between the lines".

What the hell, I thought you guys didn't care what happened in Mexico. Yeah, right, most of the posts in this thread, from our "anti-illegal" friends talk about the drug problem and all that shoot of crimes happening in Mexico, and nothing coherent about the "Illegal" problem. LOL. What a hoax.
What? There are plenty articles in this thread addressing the 'illegal" problem on this side of the border, of course you have to read them for them to be coherent.
There is a part of me that does care anytime anyone is murdered. However there is a logical place that puts priority on crimes committed in the US against innocent victims. Mexico needs to get a handle on their problems and not by sending them over here.

LOL, it's clear you don't understand the term "Reading between the Lines." That's taught in college, and you didn't even finish elementary school. Come on, Cowboy! Why don't we discuss something you might know something about, like the Quadratic Formula... oops sorry, that's not taught in 4th grade. LOL.

The rest of your post was nothing, you say you wrote the other side of the story, but that's was your uninformed opinion. LOL. You want to compare your side of the story (opinion) with the one of :
Geraldo Cadava
A native of Tucson, Arizona, Geraldo Cadava teaches history at Northwestern University. Harvard University Press will publish "The Heat of Exchange," his book about culture and commerce in the Arizona-Sonora border region since World War II.

LOL. Don't make me laugh.

LOL. Stop watching things like ScarFace. Mexico needs to get a handle on their problems and not by sending them over here.

LOL. What's coherent? Getting facts form FAIR, and saying that illegals are draining our resources up? That's the only BS you guys place besides the demonizing of illegals. Like the Texan Illegal Immigrant who drank the blood of his step-son, or whatever, after he killed him; or things like that.

There is a part of me that does care anytime anyone is murdered.
Really, why don't you open a thread that talks about the murders in the country?

Mr. Lifer, that article was placed by me, and now I see you guys got all stirred up. LOL. Please don’t call me an uber-left, and I’d recommend you to get out of your political shoot and sides when talking about our country’s problems. And let me tell you, if someone here has lost any credibility, that’s you, with the expressions toward illegal immigrants: calling them “cockroaches.” So, I’d recommend you to think twice before talking about credibility. And I could care-less about your terms of credibility, now.

Tie,
You don't have to justify to J if the comment is racist or not. People with small minds (lib-er-al) (LOL, I love your political passion) will use that card on anything to the right of their beliefs. Anything to try and discredit us and our arguments.
It just shows you who they are. As far as I am concerned you can call an illegal alien anything you want. I prefer cockroach myself!

Of course that is an insult to insects so I apologize to all the little bugs out there!

I am sick and tired of everyone tip-toeing around this ... worried about if we are going to be labeled. Say it like it is. :thumbup1:
A lot of the "equality issues" have gone the way of polio. Sure there are still cases out there (LOL) but they are well in the minority.

You know what.... it is the cockroaches that are making law abiding Americans who have a heritage from south of the border look bad ... NOT YOU!
:soapbox:

I get the Phoenix
news and every criminal that is caught is a cockroach from Mexico and Sheriff Joe is getting pummeled from the :censored2: lib-er-als for doing his job. He is my kind of sheriff. We need more law enforcement like him!
:soapbox::soapbox:

Great job researching this info. The uber-left posters continue to lose credibility with crap like this. I am numb to the continual charges and demonization that anyone right of the uber-left is some sort of fanatic. I can't wait for November to get here!

I like reading your drivel because it makes me laugh, I'm pretty sure I know what the term "reading between the lines" means, although you have proven many times that you are inept when you try to apply reasoning and looking beyond what is actually said.. So go on and make something else up, it's funny.
I never compared my writing skills to the author of the news article you posted. I said upfront that what I typed was only a "possible" scenario, as I did not know ALL the facts of that incident. At least you could "man up" and admit you know nothing other than what was in the article either, but I doubt you have the integrity to do so.
As far as my education goes, I've completed more than you think, but that is not important, What is really important here is that we discuss a mathematical formula. Yea boy, that will shed light on the illegal immigrant problem in the USA, LMAO.

Information? What information? The migrant and immigrant word-usage in an article, is that the research? Identifying the time frame of the Hanigan case? Anybody would be able to catch that, even the Cowboy; it was not a hidden aspect. I’d rather expect “The other side of the Story.”

Well, here’s an article which is a “Modern-Day” Story, where they use the term “migrant.” I think you guys have been misguided by the Bracero Program with the usage of a couple of words. I don’t think using the word migrant or immigrant denotes a time frame, but well… you guys do.

I hate to admit to this, but we do live in a global society these days, and who ever gave us the rights or no rights to live anywhere on this planet ?

Tie, for example is a true bible believer. Were Adam and Eve restricted where they could live or not ?

Borders were established much later in the years to follow, by people and their governments.
Countries were formed, etc.

If it takes jobs away from others, because people move to somewhere better, so be it.
But it also creates growth in every aspect. (from agriculture , foods, housing, and all the goods they will purchase).

In the end it all works out.
It's not hard to figure that one out.
Look at China with billions of living there.
Now the richest country on earth !

For me it's hard to deny people seeking a better life and are willing to work hard.

It's 1 planet, and we all live and own it together.

What the heck are you talking about, Texan? Read my statement again: You want to compare your side of the story (opinion) with the one of Geraldo Cavada- The King.
And now look at your response: I never compared my writing skills to the author of the news article you posted.
Where the hell am I mentioning your damn writing skills. I got no other option than to steal a couple of sentences from all your gibberish: I like reading your drivel because it makes me laugh. So go on and make something else up, it's funny.

KOB,
Settle down little dude - You will have a stroke if you keep it up! I know, .... it must be the Glenn Beck rally that has you in such an uproar! I can't blame you for that. Oh! I am very flattered that you went back to 5-9-2009 to pull info to discredit me. Couldn't you find anything closer to today's date?

I stand by my cockroach statement but only in the context of how I meant it. Criminal aliens who rape illegals and lock them up in drop houses - kidnap them for ransom or just drop them in the middle of the dessert, are all cockroaches. They are no different than child molesters and women beaters and any other terrorist or gang member. Don't forget that most of these insects are drug mules or dealers also!

Ohhhh and when you start using education to mock TRP ... you have gone over the deep end ... Of course, the dems leader, Howard Dean does the same kind of thing. What a sad state of affairs. Intelligence is the ability to gather knowledge and skills. As far as I am concerned intelligence is a strong combination of wisdom and common sense. I have found that a plethora of educated people lack wisdom and common sense. If you don't believe me... just look at the White House and Congress! I will stand up for TRP over any of them.

Your remarks about Texas, Texans and cowboys just shows your intelligence or lack of.... there are a great number of us who have a HIGH regard for that state. Be careful what you say. The Texas school system is one the best in the entire US.:teacher: :geek:

Well, it is a great vacation spot. Airlines have set up vacation packages, Cruiselines include it.
Wonderful beaches, can't beat them.
And I think I would be killed by a shark much more likely, then some drug gang comming to the beach and shooting.

Maybe it`s because the majority of their population lives only a step up from slavery. If you think it`s so great go try your "bambino" trick over there. I bet you`ll get free lodging for the rest of your life. Or a cheap bullet in the back of the head.

For me it's hard to deny people seeking a better life and are willing to work hard. Well you`re good for at least one of those.

It's 1 planet, and we all live and own it together. Sure we do. Come visit my four acres and see what a large welcoming committee you get.

Free lodging, makes me laugh.
I bought my very first property in so called "West Berlin" in my 20's.

Now , I have a $400.000 property fully paid off.
4 acres... makes me laugh too.
Gee.... just the cabin at the lake is that size alone (I'm only partial owner in it), but it's free to use..... it belongs to the "Klein family".

My avatar has a shot of that property. I was just there last week.
