Arizona's anti-imigration law...

The law is about all illegals, however there is no getting around that fact that the vast majority of illegals come here from Mexico. The geographic proximity of the two countries is the reason so much attention is directed to illegals from Mexico, that's a no brainer.

I was referencing post 1854 that spoke of nothing but Mexico.

U.S. Birthright Created in 1982 NOT 1868!

Justice Brennan’s Footnote Gave Us Anchor Babies

by Ann Coulter

Democrats act as if the right to run across the border when you’re 8 1/2 months pregnant, give birth in a U.S. hospital and then immediately start collecting welfare was exactly what our forebears had in mind, a sacred constitutional right, as old as the 14th Amendment itself.
The louder liberals talk about some ancient constitutional right, the surer you should be that it was invented in the last few decades.
In fact, this alleged right derives only from a footnote slyly slipped into a Supreme Court opinion by Justice Brennan in 1982. You might say it snuck in when no one was looking, and now we have to let it stay.

ICE agents steamed at department’s pro-amnesty agenda

Phil Boehmke

America’s Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents are no longer willing to remain silent while their department betrays the American people by pushing the Obama regime’s pro-amnesty agenda. Several weeks ago the National Immigration and Customs Enforcement Council cast a unanimous vote of no confidence in ICE Director John Morton and Assistant Director Phyllis Coven, on behalf of their 7,000 ICE agents and employees from the department’s Office of Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO).

My biggest frustration with this administration (if you want to call it that ... to me, it is just a version of "Donkey Kong"), is that they continue to ram their agenda down the throats of the majority. For those of you that don't know "Donkey Kong", there is a damsel in distress (the USA), Jumpman - the character trying to save her (the American Majority) and then there is DONKEY KONG - (Obama {the donkey-in-chief} and the rest of his cronies {the uber-liberals})!!!

The majority does not want DONKEY KONG'S version of any of the legislation passed. This is why there will be a revolt come November. Jumpman will win out and rescue the damsel from Donkey Kong... I am sure of it!

Findings by the Transactional Records Access Clearinghouse at Syracuse show more illegal immigrants were removed from the United States during the first nine months of this fiscal year than during the same period in 2008, when Republican George W. Bush was president and controlled immigration enforcement.

What I can't stand are these immigrants who bash America and talk about how great their country is/was. If it was so great, LEAVE. If you homeland is so great...why did you flock up here?? 1/2 of the immigrants up here are here to sponge whatever they can get from us. Don't get me started with the loosers who come up here to give birth to their child just so the child can be a resident. Deport them and deny citizenship to the baby. If you want to live here....wrap your arms around the greatest country. Learn our language. Be proud that you are an American.....other wise leave don't come back. America is the greatest country that was made up by immigrants...but those immigrants loved America and made what it is today. The new immigrants, for the most part, just want to use and abuse the system. Pack them up and ship them out!!

I don't know if it was so much that immigrants loved America or that they simply wanted a better life but I do agree that when they came to America they embraced the opportunity, learned the language and made America what it is today. Immigrants today have the mindset of "what's in it for me".

(Dallas News)- As Republican members of Congress press for changes to the 14th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, preventing automatic citizenship for babies born to illegal immigrants, opponents insist the debate is not really about babies.
Still, the debate could resonate in Texas, where not only 1.5 million illegal immigrants are estimated to reside but at least 60,000 babies are added to their households annually.
Parkland Memorial Hospital delivers more of those babies than any other hospital in the state. Last year at Parkland, 11,071 babies were born to women who were noncitizens, about 74 percent of total deliveries. Most of these women are believed to be in the country illegally.
…In Texas, between 60,000 to 65,000 babies achieve U.S. citizenship annually by being born in the state’s hospitals, according to a tally released by the state’s Health and Human Services Commission. Last year, such births represented almost 16 percent of the total births statewide.
Between 2001 and 2009, births to illegal immigrant women totaled 542,152 in Texas alone.

Funny, I have watched programs on Elis Island and immigration. The old films have always shown thee immigrants on the boats waving American flags........the same people speaking about how overwhelmed with emotion upon seeing the Statue of Liberty. Interviews of elderly immigrants speaking about how they appreciate all that America had to offer.....
Now you see and hear a lot of the newer foreigners bash America and say how great their country is and how they hate this and that about America. It bothers me.

MY Opinion:

1)Babies born to non residents should NOT get citizenship.
2)If you have any contact with the law you have to proove you are a citizen. if you are "undocumented"...bye bye!!
3)Seal up the boarders. Keep people out!!
4)Allow people to become citizen thru a process that weeds out the low lifes.

If things were so great "back home"....go, we don't want you here anyway. We want the workers.....the people who embrace our great country. People who want to contribute to a great society.
