If you look at us birth rate and female workforce participation rate over the last 40 years you could conclude affected both growth and wage stagnation. Common solutions to 20th century problems has side effects.
So when women entered the workforce, companies cashed in because 2 income households don't need full time wages for both. Eventually it just becomes the norm.

FedEx contractors can get drivers for $12/hr. How messed up is that?! Around here Caterpillar workers went on strike 20 years ago at $19/hr.

Obama care, regulations, easy money(low interest) with no real demand= stagnate ececonomy and no wage growth. Not all of Obama's policies were bad just not the best. Its time to push the throttle down on this economy. A rising tide should lift all boats.

Reaganomics Version 2.

Why is it that from Obamacare to international trade, the American business community is always let off the hook? Government screws us, other countries screw us, but it's never the Chamber of Commerce, ALEC, Wall Street or corporations in general?

what do you mean that's all Obama, Clinton , saunders and others do is blame wall street and American businesses?

Ideas are powerful. When freedom and responsible are taught from the cradle, economies and societal problems will sort themselves out. Lets kill "mother" government" mentality. Help or charity belong to the elderly, handicap, sick, or other tragic situations.

when did they give wall street Obamacare?
The funny thing is that Republicans talk about "market based" solutions which when they start trying to replace Obamacare, they will find out that Obamacare is...(wait for it)...market based solutions.

Sloppy and imperfect but definitely not a "government takeover of the health care industry".

I didn't look at every stock listed in this healthcare sector listing but the one's I did look at seem to take off upward after Obamacare was passed.

Healthcare Industry Stocks

Republicans do talk a lot about market based solutions but those solutions are often targeted to favor certain businesses and disadvantage the rest. Example is Obamacare itself which favored certain insurance companies (the one's that wrote the legislation) while disadvantaging many other insurance companies to the point of chasing them out of the marketplace. Thus one of the purposes of the legislation to begin with.

That is market privilege or what others rightly call monopoly crony capitalism. ObamaCare just proves the Neo-liberal democrats can play the same game equally well as republicans. Of recent, Wall Street seems to suggest the democrats are even better since so much Wall Street money goes to the democrats. So much for the theory that capitalism dislikes State Socialism. Quite to the contrary.
