The company is making up its own outside rules not in the contract.

And anyone can file a grievance, and stop the individual bargaining.

The union is not endorsing, or allowing that.
Until someone files on it, odds are good they don't even know it has happened.

Um, where is attendance outlined in the contract? Everyone keeps mentioning it.

Also my local and 952 have a local attendance agreement.
