Is it me or does all protein powder taste nasty these days? Seemed like it was delicious a few years ago
I stopped getting the flavors years ago when i noticed that the sodium was getting higher.

I changed my intake.

Pick one brand and try to stick with that one.

get the vanilla since it goes with anything and blend it with fruit for the week.
