I'm willing to lose my job at UPS. My wife will gladly lose her fed contractor employment to rebid the same work as an independent consultant for more money, and not subject to the mandate.

The company already has her and wouldn't rehire her that way. But if she were forcibly removed by fed policy, they'd make any accommodation to get her back.
