O'Reilly was different when he first started. Much saner. I agree about Wallace but nobody pays any attention to him. Megyn thought she was more important than the news and tried to make everything about her. After she used Fox to make a name for herself chased those dollar signs and jumped ship.
Really? She was lured away from a very popular show by NBC who apparently like her very much.
Wallace has the top show on Sunday morning and has interviewed literally everybody on both sides of the aisle. Megan actually took less money, quite a bit less, to go to NBC. FOX offered her over $20 million to stay. She wanted more time with her family. If it doesn't work out for her she certainly won't be hurting.
And he paid his vaginas an average of $2.3 M each ... I wish he would rape me.
I'll give you that Tucker comes prepared to rebut about anything thrown at him. Jesse is ok, needs some experience. But no one has the gravitas that Bill has, and that comes with experience. Maybe not as bad, but it's like watching Jimmy Fallon doing the opening monologue after decades of Johnny Carson and Jay Leno. He's likeable, but nowhere close to the same league they were.
Actually one was a very serious amount, the rest considerably less. Interesting that when it came out David Letterman kept a bedroom off of his work office, where he screwed a lot of women, even while married, the press didn't go after him. And everyone knows about the other Bill, and how he was protected. What O'Reilly did wasn't right, but if he were a liberal champion the press would've run those women out of town for him.
Then why doesn't the conservative press go after people? That would be called investigating.
The one truly conservative major newspaper is the Wall Street Journal, which is business focused. The one truly conservative tv news channel is FOX News, and well, what do you expect them to do with so much money at stake? O'Reilly should've wised up after the first settlement. He didn't, and opened himself up to attacks from the Left. Lead story on MSNBC right now, and they're dancing on his grave.
Will he have to start bloviating? Lol.
The Five is a terrible show. Moving it to Prime time is a bad idea.
It's OK as an afternoon show competing against shows like the View. Not a good fit for Prime time when most people want news and serious discussions.
Rush Limbaugh pointed out that after NY Times ran story about how much Bill made and all these settled lawsuits, sponsors started being inundated with 10's of thousands of emails. Said what people don't know is most of those emails were Facebook and Twitter bots that most likely were generated by a relative few people. All an orchestrated effort to take him out. Guess Left needed a scalp after losing the election. After all these lawsuits were spread out over a long period. My wife asked why is it that they fight so hard to keep criminal aliens from being deported but go after someone for making passes?
