Their concern about illegal immigration is that it isn’t legal.

They don’t like American wages rising and want to flood the market with cheaper labor.

They don’t want to pay for their employee’s healthcare and believe everyone should pick up the tab.

No. If Democrats are fundamentally against the wall, there’s no reason to give in on funding the wall at $5 billion. Everyone knows Trump will just be back for more.
The Democrats won the House. They hold the purse strings.

Illegal labor has kept wages down in construction jobs, restaurants, factories, hospitality industry, these hotel and restaurant. And other owners pocket the money because the market decides prices for many goods and services
