Funny thing is had they rebuilt their property would have more than 5x in value since 94.Funny is subjective, and I certainly think it was funny, and also true. When my grandparents lost their house in 1993 or 94 in Laguna Hills fires, they had to sell their property. It was cost prohibitive to rebuild because of all the new rules and regulations. So there certainly will be some land for sale.
